If you, like us, aren't a fan of ice lollies in the supermarket as they're expensive and usually full of rubbish then this recipe is for you for hot summer days! They are lovely and refreshing and don't cause a sugar fuelled behaviour spike! Not only do they take about 5 minutes to make, they are low in sugar and you can just use whatever fruit your little ones love.

Equipment needed
8x Ice Lolly Moulds
1x Juicer
1x Jug
Ingredients
6x Oranges (approx. 200ml)
400ml water
2x strawberries chopped into small pieces
Method
1. Juice the oranges and pour into a jug.
2. Add the water to dilute the juice (we used a ratio of 1/3 juice to 2/3 water but you can adjust according to your preferences.
3. Pour into lolly moulds.
4. Place into the freezer overnight.
5. Ready to go when you are!
