Freeze Dried toddler food is made by removing moisture from the meals once they are cooked using a gentle method. First, the meals are frozen and then a vacuum is created. The meal is then gradually heated and the water is taken out from the meal. This gentle process preserves nutrients, flavour and texture without the need for additives.

Our meals contain some organic ingredients (e.g. tomatoes) but are not certified organic as it would have increased the price of the meals to be prohibitively expensive. Our ingredients are sourced from sustainable farms and conform with stringent pesticide controls.

We clearly label all allergens so please check the product description as all our meals either have allergens added or may contain allergens.

No. All of our products must be low in salt and sugar as we believe in offering toddlers the best possible meals like you would at home.

Yes - lots! All of our meals must be a source of fibre and protein as we believe toddlers need fibre for healthy gut development and protein to build muscle.

Simply add hot water directly to the pouch, stir and let it sit for 5 minutes. Check that the taste and texture is safe for your toddler and serve. It is as easy as that!

Other ambient products (like jars or pouches) rely on heat based processing or additives, which can reduce nutritional value and alter taste, whereas freeze drying locks in the original flavour, texture and vitamins with no preservatives.

Our fantastic products are ambient so they can just be stored in a cool, dry place. One opened, reseal as needed but please consume once prepared. They are not suitable for subsequent freezing

It all depends on your little one's appetite. Generally, one pouch is sufficient for one toddler. If they are a big eater then you could add some finger foods or other ingredients (e.g. veggies, meats or pulses). For smaller tummies, you can always spoon out some dried meal, rehydrate it in a bowl and serve. The pouch can be resealed and used another time (we'd advise within a week).

100% they are! We've designed them to make it as easy as possible to feed toddlers, no matter where they are. You can take a flask with you or ask for some hot water from any food outlet.

Whilst the freeze drying process is energy intensive, once complete no further energy requirements are needed for storage. As they are also incredibly lightweight they use far less fuel to transport in bulk compared with heavier products.

Yes they can be recycled with soft plastics at suitable locations (e.g. supermarkets). Due to the nature of the product we couldn't use paper packaging but we understand the pouches will be kerbside recyclable by 31 March 2027.

For next day delivery orders need to be placed by 10am and for standard shipping it will take 3 - 5 days for your meals to arrive.
