Equipment needed
1x non stick frying pan
1x blender
Ingredients (2 adults & 2 toddlers)
40g oats (use Gluten Free if needed)
1x large ripe banana
2x medium eggs
Fruit of your choice
Method
1. Put all ingredients into blender and blitz until smooth.
2. Pour small amounts into a heated frying pan. Add fruit if using.
3. Flip once bubbles appear.
4. Cook for a further minute.
5. Serve with your toddler's favourite sides!
